このブログは 12/15 に書いていますが、連絡が来たのは 12/13 です。営業日なら 1 日に 1 回メールが来る感じです。

Please DO NOT use UPS, DHL, TNT or any Express shipping as customs always hold parcel and charge taxes. Customer could use register airmail which has lower cost and you will get tracking number of the parcel.

We will pay for resending fee,you will pay for sending fee.

Also if you could send us an email showing a picture of the returned package with it stamped or a copy of the receipt from the post office. Would you please like to offer us the tracking website with tracking number of that returned Phone? Then we can track it down on website.

By the way, could you please do not put any word about Phone on your package? We suggest you could write down 'broken MP4 player' with lower price for us to avoid Customs taxes. Thanks!

で、今日郵便局に行って EMS で送付の手続きをしてきました。
広東省に送るのですが、日本郵便のホームページに中国向けの郵便物は送達が遅延しているそうです。
追跡はできるので、見ていきたいと思っています。
