ごくごく平凡な中年の日常

ずいぶんと間があいてしまいましたが、Banggood に送り返した　YotaPhone の代金は無事返金されてきました。
2016/12/14 に返送の手続きをした YotaPhone ですが、以外に早く 12/19 には配達されました。

早速 Banggood のサポートに「到着したみたいだよ、返金してちょうだい」って簡単なメールを送りました。

すると翌日次のようなメールが来ました。

I got it and refund is processing in our system now.

Delivery time:48-72 hours.

We will return to your paypal account soon.

翌日、無事 PayPal から返金の連絡があり無事 YotaPhone の返品が完了しました。

基本的に英語はできないのですが、Google 先生のおかげでなんとかなりました。
何かあったときの返品手続きも経験したので、また何か買ってみたいと思います。

相手に届くのに何でこちらが教える必要があるんだろう？
